Shipping policy

Every order is prepared with care and sent to you directly from our fulfilment partner. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within:

United States: 8–11 business days
Canada: 7–9 business days
United Kingdom: 6–8 business days
All other countries: 8–11 business days

Delivery can take a little longer during busy seasons or if customs are slow, so please allow some extra time.

Tracking

Your tracking link will be sent by email as soon as it's available. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the first scan. That's normal.

Multiple objects

If you order more than one object, they may arrive in separate packages, on different days.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Something not right?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, write to us at info@otherwiseheld.com and we'll make it right.
