If an object isn't right for you, we'd rather you tell us.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

Contact us at info@otherwiseheld.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us at info@otherwiseheld.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. No return needed.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
